Isaac Mizrahi’s top pattern was just the thing to show off this graphic print from JoAnn’s Fabric. The sleeve flounces add a wonderful accent to a striking piece. I inserted a black braid between the sleeve and the flounce for more detailing. An easy sew. I will make this again.
